Street Legal Golf Carts

Street Legal

To keep things simple the term “Street Legal” is often used to describe street legal golf carts that have been upgraded to meet all of our states safety requirements and has been inspected by the state and then assigned a title and a VIN number also by the state. Once this has been done the vehicle can be tagged just like any automobile in Florida. There are carts that come from the factory “Street Legal” but most existing carts will need to be upgraded.

Generally all carts gas or electric can be converted to meet the states safety requirements which can be found here.
